We had to move to Texas to see a REAL Idaho potato! These things were huge!!!! The kids had fun peeling them.

did you pull them out of their ears??? you know, "you've got enough dirt in those ears to grow potatoes!!"
I guess maybe they collected enough "good" dirt when they were in Idaho for Thanksgiving!!
Well enjoy them. How much per pound were they? Probably a lot cheaper than the OREGON potatoes we get to buy here in Idaho!!
